Sharjah24: The Sharjah Police General Headquarters' Media and Public Relations Department produced the "Aman Ya Biladi" initiative, which focused on the development of security skills and capabilities within the Sharjah Police, thereby improving the Emirate's security.
The programme, which airs live on Sharjah Radio every Monday morning, featured Dr Ibtihal Rashid Al-Tamimi, Head of the Talent Care Initiative at the Sharjah Police Youth Council, First Lieutenant Dr. Ahmed Saif Al Ali, Director of the Excellence and Strategy Branch in the Criminal Investigations Department, and Senior Police Officer Saif Ahmed Al-Hammadi. Captain Manaa Al Naqbi hosted the programme.
Dr Ibtihal Al-Tamimi discussed the role of the Sharjah Police Youth Council in attracting and nurturing outstanding security talents, placing them in appropriate departments, organising programmes to develop their skills to excel in various police fields, and investing in youth ideas to improve and develop security systems.
First Lieutenant Dr Ahmed Saif also stated that the Criminal Investigations Department has a specialized team dedicated to training and utilizing talented people in technological and programming disciplines such as ethical hacking and the competent use of artificial intelligence.
In the same contest, Senior Police Officer Saif Al-Hammadi emphasised the Sharjah Police General Headquarters' unwavering support for its members' skills and creative talents, as well as its adoption of modern technologies that enable talented individuals to engage in innovative security activities within a positive creative environment, thereby improving the police security system and raising the Emirate's security level.
