The tour began with an inspection parade of police personnel, during which he reviewed the readiness of the security force and the level of discipline and commitment among officers. He stressed the importance of maintaining the highest levels of preparedness to deal efficiently and professionally with various developments and emergency situations.
Brigadier General Al Ajel praised the high level of readiness and exemplary discipline demonstrated by personnel, commending their dedication and commitment in carrying out their security and policing duties. He noted that this reflects Sharjah Police’s commitment to implementing best security practices and continuously developing the capabilities of its workforce.
The tour also included brainstorming sessions and direct meetings with employees and police personnel, during which he listened to their views and development proposals. A number of ideas and initiatives aimed at enhancing work quality and improving the efficiency of security services provided to the public were discussed.
During the meetings, he emphasised the importance of strengthening direct communication with employees and benefiting from their expertise and field observations to develop the work environment and improve performance. He noted that human capital remains the cornerstone of achieving accomplishments and advancing the security work system.
The inspection tour forms part of a series of field visits conducted by Sharjah Police to enhance response speed and security readiness, further reinforcing safety and stability across all areas of the emirate.
