Sharjah 24: Major Marwan Ahmed Mohammed, who heads the Quality Department at the Strategy and Performance Development Administration of Sharjah Police, welcomed a delegation from Sharjah Municipality (SM) led by Budour Hussein Al Hammadi, the Director of the Municipality's Strategic Planning Department.

The meeting was attended by various officers from the Strategy and Performance Development  Administration. The purpose of the visit was to gain insight into Sharjah Police's implementation of quality standards and strategic planning.

At the outset of the meeting, Major Marwan Ahmed Mohammed extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation, underscoring the leadership's commitment to fostering collaboration with different partners, including governmental departments and institutions, to enhance the institutional work system. He also praised the commendable efforts of Sharjah City Municipality in delivering exceptional services that contribute significantly to the emirate's growth.

During the meeting, the visiting delegation was acquainted with Sharjah Police's best practices and operational mechanisms related to quality standards and strategic planning. These included insights into project management and monitoring, institutional performance management at the leadership level, quality systems and standards implementation along with their monitoring mechanisms, and the management and monitoring of administrative operations.

Expressing gratitude, the visiting delegation acknowledged the warm hospitality extended by the Sharjah Police and the fruitful cooperation between the two entities in achieving shared strategic objectives. They emphasised how this collaboration enriches the development journey in the Emirate of Sharjah.

To conclude the visit, the Sharjah City Municipality delegation was presented with a commemorative shield as a token of appreciation.
