The decision included the promotion and adjustment of ranks for 1,555 personnel, and the granting of seniority to 366 personnel.
The directives also included promotions and the granting of seniority to personnel of the Sharjah Police Academy and the Sharjah Civil Defence Authority.
Lieutenant General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, affirmed that these promotions reflect the vision and great attention given by His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to his sons and daughters serving in Sharjah Police and the security authorities.
He also highlighted His Highness’s commitment to empowering them, motivating them, and providing a supportive environment to develop their professional careers, contributing to advancing the security work system and consolidating institutional leadership.
He congratulated those promoted, expressing his confidence in their ability to continue giving, and to undertake the responsibilities entrusted to them with efficiency and competence.
He stressed that promotion represents a responsibility before it is an honour, and serves as an incentive to redouble efforts and continue excellence in performing duties, contributing to strengthening the security of the United Arab Emirates in general and the Emirate of Sharjah in particular, safeguarding their achievements, and consolidating quality of life and security for the community.
