Maryam Al Mazmi, Director of the Corporate Communication Center at the department, stated, "This podcast aims to document internal successes and enhance a sense of belonging and excellence by sharing experiences that inspire colleagues and contribute to improving the work environment and boosting institutional performance. The programme includes several dedicated episodes featuring a selection of employees and engineers who have played a significant role in developing work and achieving tangible results within their fields, reflecting the spirit of teamwork and excellence characteristic of the department."
Al Mazmi added, "The name 'Imran' symbolizes architecture and engineering, as well as the stories behind them. It is more than just media content; it serves as an internal inspiring platform that empowers employees to share their professional stories, spotlighting the challenges they faced and the successes they achieved, all within a framework that reflects corporate values and enhances the culture of recognition for both individual and collective efforts."
The program was prepared and coordinated by Ali Al Karbi, under the supervision of Nawzad Ja’dan, and is hosted by Imran Ali. The filming was handled by Sultan Jouk and Zayed Al Hashimi, with editing by Dhulfiqar Sheikh, while the artistic designs were created by Anoud Al Ali. This collective effort within the Corporate Communication Center reflects the department's commitment to relying entirely on its internal staff without resorting to external agencies.
This initiative is part of a series of media projects aimed at reinforcing internal communication and fostering a more creative and distinguished work environment by highlighting inspiring models that have made a difference within the department. It complements the "Imran" magazine affiliated with the SDPW, which seeks to diversify its media tools and deepen internal communication.
