During the meeting, officials reviewed the technological frameworks adopted by both entities and discussed best practices in developing electronic systems, mechanisms for integrating government platforms, and opportunities to improve work procedures through innovative digital solutions that enhance service quality and accelerate transaction processing.

The visit also covered a detailed presentation on the Finance Department's IT infrastructure, data management systems and information security mechanisms, as well as its digital transformation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and supporting data-driven decision-making.

SDPW and  SFD underscored the importance of continuing technical coordination, exchanging expertise and developing joint projects to strengthen integration among government entities while promoting innovation in government services, in line with Sharjah's vision of advancing institutional performance and enhancing service quality.
