Officials at the Kalba branch confirmed that the workshop comes as part of the department’s efforts to develop the capabilities of its workforce and prepare them to lead high-quality projects in line with the vision of the Sharjah Government in adopting the best global practices and promoting a flexible work environment capable of embracing the cultural diversity found in modern projects.
The workshop concluded with presentations of successful experiences from projects implemented by the department in different areas across the emirate, highlighting the key role of effective communication in ensuring quality implementation and achieving the strategic objectives of projects.
