Sharjah24: Sharjah Directorate of Public Works (SDPW) - Diba Al-Hisn branch, in collaboration with Diba Hospital, organized an awareness lecture for female employees titled "Pink October." This event is part of the global campaign to raise awareness about breast cancer, aiming to enhance understanding of the importance of early detection and preventive measures against this disease.
The lecture, which witnessed significant attendance from the department's employees, provided comprehensive information about breast cancer, its causes, preventive methods, and the essential steps for early detection. The speaker also offered practical advice on how to promote general health and reduce risk factors that may increase the likelihood of developing the disease.
