Workshop on psychological resilience
The initiative featured a workshop titled “Mental Health and Its Impact on Work” presented by psychotherapy consultant Dr Jassim Al Marzouqi. It addressed key psychological challenges employees may face and offered methods for balancing professional pressures with personal life.
A productive families’ exhibition allowed participants to explore a range of local products and support small, community-orientated businesses.
Fun, engagement, and local flavours
The event also featured recreational competitions and the distribution of traditional food in a warm, cheerful atmosphere, promoting team spirit among employees.
The initiative concluded with a creative workshop in collaboration with the Mawahib Centre for Visual Art titled “Jesmonite Craft Workshop,” which allowed participants to express themselves artistically using innovative techniques.
This initiative forms part of an ongoing series of social activities organised by SDPW to create a motivating and integrated work environment that values the psychological and social well-being of its staff.
