Abdullah Al-Zamani, the Head of the Customer Happiness Center at the Department of Public Works , reported the launch of the 'Leadership and Partnership 2024' forum organized annually by the Department with strategic partners to provide the latest services offered by the department to customers.
Al-Zamani explained in exclusive statements to Sharjah 24 that during the forum, a training and educational workshop was held, focusing on enhancing the partners' understanding of the new electronic systems adopted by the department. The department's employees elaborated in detail on the necessary steps for registering and renewing companies through the website, in addition to the payment system and document submission methods.
