Ali bin Shaheen Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the SDPW, explained that the purpose behind the annual report is to archive the department’s achievements in 2022.
The report included five parts. The first part dealt with sustainability in buildings. The second part highlighted maintenance and decoration projects and forging partnerships. The third part covered infrastructure and sanitation projects, while the fourth covered work environment; last but not least, part five marked the hiring of productive individuals, increasing Emiratisation, and forging future leaders.
Maryam Al Mazmi, Director of the Corporate Communication Centre, pointed out that the department has its purpose of marching towards its sustainable goals, realising that it is not a walk in a park, and the level of rapid developments requires well-studied methodologies and plans.
