The week opened with a message highlighting national identity as the foundation for creativity and innovation, followed by the launch of a series of interactive workshops and activities designed to develop participants’ knowledge and skills in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Mohammed Awad Al Ketbi, Board Member of Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club and Chairman of the Organising Committee for the Sharjah Sports Summer programme, said Artificial Intelligence Week reflects the club’s commitment to supporting the UAE’s vision of investing in people and knowledge through high-quality programmes that equip young people with future-ready skills and encourage the positive and effective use of modern technologies.
Al Ketbi added that the programme includes a diverse range of practical workshops and activities organised in partnership with specialised organisations, providing participants with an interactive learning experience that combines theory with hands-on application. He said the initiative also promotes creativity and innovation while reinforcing the national values that underpin the UAE’s continued development and excellence.
