Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Police General Command has further solidified its standing in government innovation and human-centered services by winning two prestigious accolades at the Dubai Quality Group Awards.

The force was honoured with the "Emirates Ideas" award in the institutional category for its groundbreaking "Zero Bureaucracy" project. Simultaneously, Lieutenant Colonel Dr Amina Yousef Al Naqbi secured the "Emirates Women" award in the Outstanding Employee category, underscoring the organisation's dedication to innovation, the empowerment of national talent, and service excellence.

The Dubai Quality Group Awards stand as one of the region's premier platforms for institutional excellence, quality, and innovation. The programme is designed to promote global best practices and strengthen competitiveness across both organisations and individual professionals.

Redefining efficiency and support

Sharjah Police stated that this dual achievement mirrors its continuous efforts to deliver highly agile and human-centered public services. Key initiatives, such as the award-winning "Zero Bureaucracy" project, focus heavily on eliminating administrative, financial, and psychological burdens for the community through deeply integrated digital systems and robust inter-agency cooperation.

A commitment to continuous improvement

Leadership at the command highlighted that this recognition reinforces Sharjah Police’s core commitment to driving innovation, developing internal talent, and pursuing continuous improvement. This latest milestone further enhances the force's reputation as a progressive model in government excellence and proactive, community-focused policing.
