Al Darmaki described the Buroo Award as an initiative dedicated to recognising councils and employees whose creativity and achievements positively influence the work environment and community. The programme provides moral and professional support through official recognition, certificates, and showcasing successful experiences, as well as opportunities to participate in developmental programmes.
He explained that nominations and evaluations occur annually from June to October, offering a structured platform for recognising outstanding efforts. Results are announced during the closing ceremony, which highlights inspiring models that promote community service and enhance work quality.
