Tatweer launches financial awareness programme

Sharjah24: Sharjah Capability Development “Tatweer” has launched the Financial Awareness Programme as part of its efforts to equip young people with modern life skills that strengthen their understanding of money and its management. The initiative also promotes habits of saving and investing through a training experience that combines theory with hands-on practice.

Programme goals

The two-day programme introduces participants to the basics of financial assets and income sources, helps them understand the impact of inflation on purchasing power, and highlights common mistakes made by new investors. It also includes practical exercises on personal budgeting and building everyday financial awareness.

Second-day focus

The second day explores types of real-estate assets, various financing methods, and principles of property investment. It also presents steps for analysing financial performance and provides a checklist to help participants choose financial advisers and brokers more confidently, enabling them to make well-informed decisions.
