Sharjah 24: Khawla Abdullah Al Hammadi, General Coordinator of the "With Art We Rise" programme, stated that the Sharjah Capability Development (Tatweer) is organising the programme from July 11 to August 29. The programme aims to develop artistic talents and refine participants' skills through a practical training journey that combines theoretical and applied aspects under the supervision of specialists.

Developing observation, visual analysis, and artistic expression skills

Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24,” Khawla Abdullah Al Hammadi confirmed that the programme focuses on teaching the fundamentals of still life drawing using various materials, including charcoal, soft pastels, and watercolours. It also covers the basics of artistic composition, light and shadow, and colour relationships.

The general coordinator of the "With Art We Rise" programme noted that the programme contributes to developing observation, visual analysis, and artistic expression skills. It allows participants to transform surrounding scenes and elements into artworks that reflect their ideas and creative vision, with a focus on practical application and continuous practice.

Interactive learning environment

Al Hammadi added that the "With Art We Rise" programme targets participants aged 18 and above. It is held weekly, every Saturday, within an interactive learning environment that helps participants discover their artistic abilities and enhances their confidence in using different materials and techniques. This initiative reflects the organisation's commitment to providing a stimulating environment that nurtures talent and encourages participants to develop their artistic skills professionally.
