Al Hawai stated, "We are proud to graduate 47 of our children who have demonstrated commitment and passion for swimming. They represent a confident and ambitious generation, steadily progressing towards the future." She added, "The project aims to discover and develop promising talents to represent the Emirate of Sharjah and the UAE in local and international championships, within a safe training environment that allows them to learn and excel."
Boosting children's self-confidence
Al Hawai noted that Sharjah Children continues to implement quality initiatives aimed at boosting children's self-confidence and enabling them to achieve tangible accomplishments on both the sporting and community levels.
It is worth mentioning that the professional swimming pool project was launched in July 2024, targeting children aged 6 to 12, both boys and girls, under the technical supervision of the Sharjah Women's Sports Foundation and with the participation of specialised and professional coaches in the field of talent identification and swimming instruction. The project provides a stimulating training environment that contributes to enhancing children's skills and refining their abilities in various swimming styles.
