Speaking to Sharjah 24, Dr Salloum said the programme's conclusion represents the start of a new phase rather than the end of the learning journey.
He explained that participants are now expected to apply the knowledge and practical experience they have gained, and the foundation already looks forward to future editions of the programme with additional components that further support the long-term vision of the Rubu' Qarn Foundation for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators.
Dr Salloum said the programme featured a broad academic curriculum with theatre training at its core. Participants received intensive practical instruction designed to build character, strengthen self-confidence and enhance both physical expression and verbal communication.
Sessions covering art, design, history, artificial intelligence, and the evolution of leadership over time supported the theatre workshops. According to Dr Salloum, these subjects were included to give participants a broader understanding of leadership from different perspectives while complementing the practical theatre training.
Each participant also completed a series of psychological assessments during the programme. Dr. Salloum said the assessments helped trainers gain a clearer picture of each participant's strengths and interests, as well as the areas where they needed more support.
He added that the results allowed the training to be adapted to suit each individual, building on their existing abilities while helping them strengthen the skills they found more challenging.
