Sharjah Police receives delegation from Judicial Department

Sharjah 24: His Excellency Brigadier General Ibrahim Musabah Al Ajel, Director General of the General Department of Comprehensive Police Stations at Sharjah Police, received a delegation from the Sharjah Judicial Department headed by Dr Mohammed Al Dhanhani, Head of Al Dhaid Court of First Instance, with the aim of enhancing joint cooperation and discussing ways to develop shared objectives in support of the judicial and security system in the Emirate.

Attendance from both sides

The meeting was attended by His Excellency Brigadier General Omar Bou Al Zoud, Director General of the General Department of Criminal and Ports Security; Brigadier General Majid Sultan Al Asm, Director of the Directorate of Drug Prevention and Control; Brigadier General Amer Amin Al Harmoudi, Director of the Department of Forensics and Criminal Laboratories; along with a number of department directors and specialist officers at Sharjah Police. From the delegation were Saeed Al Shaali, Advisor at the Judicial Department, and Mubarak Al Atrar, Senior Specialist of Administrative Services.

Strengthening collaboration and enhancing services

At the outset of the meeting, His Excellency Brigadier General Ibrahim Al Ajel welcomed the visiting delegation, praising the constructive cooperation between the two sides, which reflects their keenness to integrate roles in order to enhance performance efficiency and develop services provided to the public, thereby reinforcing the system of justice and security in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Strategic plans and opportunities for cooperation

The meeting reviewed the strategic plan of the Sharjah Police General Command, its organisational structure, and the digital programmes adopted in managing strategy and institutional leadership. Discussions also addressed opportunities for cooperation to develop joint initiatives, strengthen institutional integration, examine challenges and ways to address them, and explore areas for future improvement, alongside aspirations of both parties towards enhancing partnership and advancing joint institutional work.

Delegation commends cooperation

For their part, the visiting delegation expressed their deep appreciation for the warm reception, commending this cooperation between government institutions, which contributes to the development of institutional work, enhances its role in serving the community, and fulfils public aspirations.
