Sharjah Self-Defense praises 2024 success, discusses future plans

Sharjah 24: The Board of Directors of the Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club recently held its first meeting of 2025, led by Chairman Ahmed Saeed Al Jarwan. During this meeting, several key decisions were made to help the club achieve new successes in sports.

One of the main focuses of the meeting was to review the club's achievements from the previous year, 2024. The board praised the progress made and confirmed that the club's strategic plan and all completed projects were on track.

Chairman Al Jarwan expressed gratitude for the hard work and new plans developed this year, which will help the club maintain its high standards. He also thanked the Sharjah Sports Council for their support and encouraged everyone involved with the club to continue working together for its success.

The Vice Chairman, Obaid Al-Assam Al-Suwaidi, along with other board members and the Executive Director, Eng. Hanadi Khalifa Al-Kabouri, were present at the meeting. They listened to updates from department managers about the club’s plans for 2025. These plans include launching a new media identity, promoting community initiatives, and developing competitive strategies to help players build on their previous successes.

Overall, the club has achieved remarkable results, including winning over 1,700 medals and numerous trophies in various competitions. The board’s focus is on ensuring even more accomplishments in the future.
