Dibba Al Hisn Club honours Youth of the Future winners

Sharjah24: Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club organised a special ceremony to honour the winners of the "Youth of the Future" Award, which was launched by the club in December 2024 with the aim of supporting and motivating young people to excel in sports, cultural and community fields.

Recognising the winners

The ceremony was held, on Wednesday, in the club hall, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Motawa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the club, and His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Rashid Al Tarban Al Hamoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Football Club, in addition to members of the boards of directors and parents of players.

Developing leaderships and the sports community

The ceremony began with the national anthem of the United Arab Emirates, followed by a speech by Dr. Al Motawa, who welcomed the attendees and stressed that the goal of this project is to develop leaderships and enhance excellence in sports, academic and behavioural fields, in line with the vision of the Sharjah Sports Council (SSC) in building a distinguished sports community.

Players’ parents play an important role

Dr. Al Motawa praised the active role of the players' parents in promoting sports and community values, and called for continuing work to achieve more accomplishments, expressing his pride and appreciation for this event, and stressing that the award embodies the club's keenness to support young people and encourage them to continue to innovate and excel.
