Sharjah24: Sultan Rashid Salem Al Qaidi, the Head of the Central Region Branch at the Human Resources Department, has recently unveiled an exciting initiative called the "Sharjah Programme for Training and Qualifying Job Seekers" in the Central Region, with the goal of qualifying 1,815 young Emirati citizens who are registered in the Human Resources Department's record.
With the support of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, the Sharjah Directorate of Human Resource (SDHR) has recently introduced the Training and Qualifying Job Seekers' Programme at its Central Region branch.
Al Qaidi stated that the Programme encompasses a range of training courses. These courses provide a wide variety of topics, including employee relations, customer service, administrative skills, an introduction to Human Resources Law, and the enhancement of communication skills. The courses were taught by instructors who were certified by the Human Resources Department.
