The visit aimed at reviewing the best practices in applying the global star system for classifying services at the police station to improve the results of customer happiness.
Colonel Ahmed Al Suwaidi welcomed the visiting delegation, stressing the keenness of SPGC to strengthen the frameworks of cooperation with different entities and institutions in the UAE to transfer experiences and best practices that enhance the quality of life for all individuals, and to achieve the vision of the United Arab Emirates to be the best government in the world in providing services.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the experience of the Wasit Comprehensive Police Station in implementing the global stars programme for classifying services, and its efforts to achieve the programme's directions, which focus on customer happiness, employee happiness, and operational efficiency, which resulted in the station obtaining a 6-star rating, and touched on the concept of the programme, its standards, axes, and its evaluation mechanism. The meeting also included discussing the secret shopper standards for service centres to develop the centre and its services, in addition to developing the call centre, website, and smart application to deliver services with ease and convenience to customers, and to provide a series of distinguished government services of high quality at a 7-star level.
At the end of the meeting, the visiting delegation expressed its thanks and appreciation to SPGC for the warm reception, praising the constructive cooperation between government departments in Sharjah government that enhances the quality of life in the community.
