Sharjah 24: Sharjah Charity International (SCI), in cooperation with Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB), implemented the Eid Clothing initiative coinciding with the advent of Eid Al Adha, whereas SCI teams distributed ready-made clothes to 400 eligible people.
Mohammed bin Nassar, Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing, said that the Eid Clothing initiative with Dubai Islamic Bank comes as an affirmation of the existing joint work that aims to support SCI projects and adopt initiatives that strengthen this partnership and draw joy on the faces of people.
Bin Nassar stressed that SCI and DIB have long-term joint work, as the bank supports the zakat project that SCI implements on an ongoing basis through its projects throughout the year. The Eid Clothing initiative deepens the existing partnership, confirms the value of joint work, and embodies the institutional role and societal responsibility in upholding the values of giving.
Bin Nassar pointed out that the value of the initiative is to bring joy to the hearts of the beneficiary groups, in addition to strengthen the approach to humanitarian work and motivating various societal groups to participate in humanitarian projects and opening the way for those wishing to contribute to volunteer to revive the values of goodness, addressing many thanks to those in charge of Dubai Islamic Bank for supporting this initiative.
