Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Department of Civil Aviation Youth Council, along with the Sharjah Social Services Department and Sharjah Police, took part in a humanitarian campaign called "Let's Honor Their Giving." This campaign aims to help workers cope with the intense summer heat while promoting kindness and community spirit. It also aligns with World Humanitarian Day, celebrated every year on August 19th.

Recently, the Youth Council, along with the Government Communications Department, came together to provide workers in the Aljada area of Sharjah with sun protection items and breakfast meals. The volunteers who participated expressed their joy in being part of this important initiative, which showcases the UAE community's strong values and commitment to recognizing the hard work of individuals, especially those who labor in challenging outdoor conditions.

This campaign sends a heartfelt message of thanks to the workers who play a vital role in the country's growth and development across many different fields.

The UAE’s involvement in celebrating World Humanitarian Day highlights its significant role in supporting humanitarian efforts both locally and globally. It shows the country's dedication to improving the lives of people and communities, especially those facing tough situations around the world.
