Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Broadcasting Authority has launched special programs on its television and radio stations to celebrate the start of the 2025/2026 academic year on August 25. This initiative highlights its commitment to raising awareness and creating a positive experience for students, parents, and teachers at the beginning of the school year.

A daily schedule reflects youthful vibe

The coverage is led by a daily joint program on Sharjah TV and Radio, presented by young broadcasters Reem Al Hamar, Issa Al Mazmi, and Salem Bin Sahou Al Suwaidi, and prepared by Nouf Al Marshadi and Shahd Muhand. The program supports students and families with school preparations, reviews curricula, and offers advice on time management and health. It also addresses psychological aspects to help students adjust to returning to school in a fun and engaging way.

Sharjah Radio – A package for education and awareness

At Sharjah Radio, we're thrilled to welcome our students back with special programs celebrating education! Tune in to "Stand for the Teacher" every Sunday from 4:30 to 5:00 PM, hosted by Professor Salah Al Hosani, featuring educational specialists discussing the crucial role of teachers.

You can also catch "Youth Discussion" on Sundays from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, where aspiring media professionals share their school experiences with Ayoub Rashid.

Don't miss "Take Advice" every Friday from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, where health experts Dr. Khaled Al Awadhi and Dr. Nafie Al Yasi offer vital wellness tips to keep our community healthy and vibrant!

Al Sharqiya TV - "Back to School"

Al Sharqiya TV in Kalba is set to launch its awareness program "Back to School," featuring five short episodes (10-15 minutes each) produced by Osama Ibrahim. The program will highlight preparations in the Eastern Region for a safe return to school, showcasing efforts by schools, families, and educational staff. It will air from August 21 to 25.

"Al Wusta Diaries"

Al Wusta TV in Dhaid is celebrating the start of the school year with a special live morning show called "Al Wusta Diaries." This program showcases the excitement and atmosphere of the first day of school at various schools in the Central Region. It features discussions with teachers, experts, and educators who share their insights and preparations for the new school year. The show also includes on-the-ground reports that capture all the details of this special day.
