Concrete and decoupage workshop promotes creativity

The workshop saw wide participation from female employees interested in handicrafts. Participants learned the steps for preparing the concrete mix and methods for shaping it in various moulds before moving on to the decoration stage using decoupage techniques, which add distinctive artistic touches to the finished pieces.

Aisha Bajash from the Public Relations Department at SDPW confirmed that organising this workshop comes within the department's efforts to promote creativity and innovation in the workplace. She stated, "The concrete work and decoupage decoration workshop was an enjoyable opportunity for the participants to discover their creativity and create artistic pieces that combine the beauty of concrete with the art of decoupage. At SDPW, we are committed to providing interactive programmes that support talents and create a stimulating and integrated work environment." She added that these workshops contribute to strengthening internal communication and providing spaces for learning and experimentation, which positively impacts the well-being of female employees and the quality of the work environment.
