Sharjah Police hosts Partners Forum

Sharjah 24: Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, stated that His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has developed a culture of collaboration and united effort to advance the nation. He emphasised that leadership is a shared responsibility that necessitates collaboration and integration and that institutional excellence can only be accomplished through a united framework founded on a clear strategic vision that converts national objectives into actual outcomes.

Dedicated to cooperation and sustainable development
Major General Bin Amer extended his gratitude to all local and federal entities that contribute to the nation's success, emphasising their joint spirit in reinforcing the UAE's position as a model of institutional collaboration. He emphasised the importance of ongoing collaborative efforts for long-term success and development.

High-level attendance
The forum, titled "Our Partnership… Our Emirate's Future", was attended by Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director of Sharjah Districts and Villages Affairs Department (SDVAD); Sheikh Saud bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director General of the Sharjah Digital Department; Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Director of the Department of Statistics and Community Development; Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Thani, Director of Sharjah Civil Aviation Department; The event showcases Sharjah Police's unwavering dedication to fostering collaboration and institutional integration.

Celebrating accomplishments via partnerships
The forum began with the UAE national song, followed by a graphic display highlighting significant accomplishments made possible by long-standing institutional alliances and collaboration with government entities. The presentation highlighted major cooperation initiatives and projects that have enhanced institutional performance while also embodying Sharjah Police's objective of creating an integrated system based on collaboration.

Honouring strategic partners and signing new agreements
Strategic partners were recognised for their significant contributions to Sharjah Police's developmental programs, which have improved community safety and quality of life. Several memorandums of understanding were also signed between Sharjah Police Headquarters and the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, the Sharjah Department of Justice, and the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), promoting greater collaboration and unified efforts across institutions to improve performance and service quality.

Showcasing the “Muwasat Journey” initiative

The forum featured a presentation on Sharjah Police's "Muwasat Journey" (Compassion Journey), which was carried out in collaboration with 13 municipal and federal agencies. The programme intends to speed procedures for bereaved families by providing an integrated digital approach that automatically notifies necessary authorities, minimising administrative burdens and alleviating emotional stress during tough times.

Finally, Sharjah Police stated that the forum is a watershed moment in the journey of institutional development and partnership, indicating a renewed commitment to a future driven by cooperation, innovation, and a shared vision to fulfil Sharjah's objectives for government excellence.
