SP presents “Rihlat Muasat” at GITEX 2025

Sharjah 24: Captain Abdullah Riad bin Ailan, a member of the Sharjah Police (SP) team participating in GITEX 2025, stated that the SP is taking part within the Sharjah Government pavilion at the exhibition with the project titled “Rihlat Muasat”. This participation comes under the theme “Human-Centred Technological Integration”.

Streamlining procedures for bereaved families

Bin Ailan explained in a statement to “Sharjah 24” that the project is managed by SP in partnership with 13 entities under the umbrella of the General Secretariat of the Sharjah Executive Council. It aims to simplify and improve procedures for families of the deceased through a unified digital experience that considers the human aspect and alleviates administrative burdens on families during their most difficult times.

Available across hospital police offices in Sharjah

He pointed out that the service is available in all police offices located within hospitals across the Emirate of Sharjah. The Force automatically notifies all relevant partner entities without any action required from the applicant. The service is available to all nationalities and residents of the Emirate, in coordination with embassies, consulates, and airlines in cases where the family wishes to repatriate the deceased outside the country.
