Sharjah24: Dibba Al Hisn Club’s player Saeed Mohammed Tamrouq claimed first place and the gold medal in the men’s under-21 Olympic recurve (70m) category during the first stage of the UAE Archery League 2025–2026, held over two days in Sharjah.
Tamrouq delivered a highly focused and precise performance, earning the top podium spot after intense competition with leading players from across the country. His win further cements his reputation in a sport that continues to grow steadily in the UAE.

Club support and future promise

The victory adds to a series of achievements by Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club across various individual and team disciplines, reflecting its dedication to nurturing young talent for national and international competitions.

Abdullah Al Wutri, head of the individual games committee, said the result was the outcome of consistent training and the strong support of the club’s management. He praised Tamrouq’s exceptional talent and determination, describing him as a promising athlete for the future of UAE archery.

Dedication and planned training
