Specifically designed for boys aged 7 to 12, the camp is being hosted at the swimming pool of the Dibba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club.
Hessa Yousef Al-Hosani, Director of Marketing and Communications at SIMSC, announced the launch of the initiative, stating that the camp aims to cultivate the participants’ physical skills, build their self-confidence, and introduce them to the world of marine sports through a curated schedule that balances educational learning and entertainment within a secure environment.
Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24,” Al-Hosani further explained that the week-long camp features structured swimming training, interactive water games, awareness workshops, and essential first aid and rescue programmes, alongside various other educational and recreational activities.
She noted that the initiative plays an important role in enhancing the participants’ capabilities and equipping them with valuable lifelong experiences while ensuring they make the absolute most of their summer vacation.
