The system encourages all employees to share their ideas across various areas, such as improving internal processes, suggesting initiatives to reduce costs and improve service quality for stakeholders, promoting employee safety and well-being, and fostering technological innovations in line with future trends. Employees can easily submit their suggestions via the Sahim suggestion platform, where proposals are regularly reviewed to maximise benefits.
A specialised committee, consisting of executive directors from the company's key sectors, is tasked with thoroughly and transparently reviewing all submitted suggestions. The most impactful and feasible ideas are chosen and rewarded with cash prizes, in-kind rewards, and non-monetary incentives, including public recognition and opportunities for professional development. This approach promotes a culture of excellence, encouraging active participation and creativity among staff.
