Registered jobseekers were invited to attend face-to-face interviews with representatives from the subsidiaries of Al Batha Group, providing them with a comprehensive overview of available roles, their requirements, and potential career pathways — all in one location.
The event focused on filling approximately 65 positions across a broad spectrum of sectors. Vacancies were distributed across finance and administration, logistics and supply chain, sales and marketing, engineering and construction, technical and technological roles, healthcare, and a range of supporting functions—all of which fall within the NAFIS programme's qualifying categories.
The roles on offer were deliberately structured to accommodate a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds. Candidates holding secondary school certificates were eligible, as were those with diplomas or bachelor's degrees. The company actively sought specialists with professional and technical qualifications in fields such as accounting, finance, business management, human resources, information technology, and engineering—and, across its many disciplines, marketing, media, communications, and pharmacy.
Attendance was reserved for jobseekers registered on SDHR's electronic platform. This focused method allowed candidates and hiring managers to interact directly, helping both sides evaluate how well the candidates' skills, qualifications, and work experience match what the employers need — a more meaningful interaction than what a typical job fair offers.
The event reflects SDHR's ongoing commitment to advancing Emiratisation policy and strengthening the role of national talent in the private sector. By forging strategic partnerships with both local and national enterprises and by providing effective employment platforms, the Department aims to attract, develop, and empower Emirati jobseekers — in step with the UAE's wider objectives of cultivating a capable and competitive national workforce.
