The first week also included a specialised workshop on creative photography in collaboration with the "Genius" volunteer team, presented by Emirati photographer Mansour Al-Mansouri. He guided participants through an exciting artistic experience where they learned the fundamentals of photography, how to capture images from professional angles, and the importance of lighting and visual composition. Participants showed great enthusiasm by applying their skills with cameras and smartphones, producing outstanding examples of photos that reflected their artistic vision and creativity.
This summer programme, organised by the Sharjah Sports Council, aligns with its strategic vision to provide a comprehensive summer experience that combines education and enjoyment. It creates a nurturing environment for creativity that develops skills and instills positive values in children and youth, enabling them to invest their time in ways that enhance their quality of life and empower them to confidently and effectively face the future.
Sports and recreational activities were also integral to the programme, featuring a diverse range of team games and mental competitions throughout the week, alongside swimming activities, water games, and football. These activities were conducted under the supervision of specialists in a safe and encouraging atmosphere, enhancing teamwork and cooperation among participants and contributing to the development of their motor and physical skills.
