Sharjah Police chief receives UAE Archery Federation president

Sharjah 24: His Excellency Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, hosted a delegation from the UAE Archery Federation at the Sharjah Police headquarters. The delegation was led by His Excellency Dr Saeed Musabah Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Federation, and His Excellency Humaid Abdullah Salem Al Musharakh, Secretary-General. The meeting aimed to recognise the Federation’s efforts in developing archery and enhancing cooperation between security and sports authorities.

During the meeting, Major General bin Amer emphasised archery’s role as an Olympic sport in which the UAE actively participates. He highlighted its focus on accuracy and skill, noting its historical connection to military expertise. He praised the Federation’s work in refining athletes’ skills and advancing their technical levels.
