Sharjah 24: Sharjah Women's Sports Club participated in the Kata Federation Cup Championship - Individuals, held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Sharjah Club for Individual Games - Al Hazana. The event featured intense competition, bringing together elite clubs, including Shabab Al Ahli Club, Dubai Police, Mentor Sports Academy, Ewan Sports Academy, Torossian Sports Academy, and Ajyal Sports Academy.

Remarkable achievement despite tough competition

Amidst the strong competition, Sharjah Women's Sports Club players triumphed by securing two bronze medals, showcasing their determination and skill. Iman Kanan won bronze in the junior category, impressing with her strong performance against players from Ewan Sports Academy and Shabab Al Ahli Club. In the ladies’ category, Maryam Al Batool added another bronze medal after competing fiercely against players from Shabab Al Ahli Club and Dubai Police.

Coach’s praise and future aspirations

Coach Nisma Wanas commended the team’s dedication and discipline, stating, "The tournament was full of challenges, but the players’ hard work and training paid off."
