Sharjah Ruler issues decree forming Dibba Al Hisn Suburb Council

According to the decree, the council will be chaired by Dr. Salah Obaid Al Ghoul Al Salami, with the following members:

1. Rashid Ahmed Rashid Khassaw Al Naqbi
2. Ahmed Ali Sultan Al Tayari Al Dhahouri
3. Omar Darwish Ahmed Mahmoud Al Amiri
4. Mohammed Hassan Mohammed Al Mahwath Al Hammoudi
5. Mohammed Ali Saeed Obaid Khamboul
6. Asmaa Khalfan Mohammed Al Khabeel Al Naqbi
7. Asmaa Mohammed Abdulrahman Al Tunaiji

The decree stipulates that the council will elect a vice president in its first meeting, either through agreement or direct secret ballot, by a majority of those present. The Vice President shall replace the Chairman of the Council in all his powers in the event of his absence or vacancy of his position. 

The term of membership in the council is set at four years from its formation date. Members will continue their duties at the end of their term until a new council is appointed. Those whose terms have ended may be reappointed for an additional term.
