The project spans 130,000 square feet, with 30,000 square feet designated for the headquarters and 100,000 square feet for the drug processing center in its first phase, representing a total investment of AED 50 million.
The development will feature the "Blox Pharma" technology center, a leading platform supporting independent pharmacies, and the "Dawa Online" platform for electronic drug sales. Construction is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2025.
Dr. Abdul Aziz Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Sharjah Health Authority and SHC, welcomed the partnership, emphasising its potential to boost the health investment sector in the city. Meanwhile, Ahmed Al Rashid, CEO of Enaya, expressed appreciation for Sharjah Healthcare City's support and investment opportunities.
