Unified National Health Licensing Platform set to launch soon

Sharjah 24: Dr Amin Al Amiri, Assistant Undersecretary for Medical Practice and License Sector in UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, stated that the unified national platform for health licensing will be the first of its kind in the country, involving the Ministry of Health and Prevention, the Sharjah Health Authority, the Abu Dhabi Department of Health, and the Dubai Health Authority.

Single license for medical and health professionals

He mentioned to Sharjah 24 that there will be a single license for medical and health professionals at the national level and that the unified programs and standards have been put into effect following a Cabinet decision.

Launch of electronic and smart programmes

"We have activated the electronic and smart programs for this platform, and we plan to launch it in the upcoming months," he added.
