Minister of Justice visits family courts in Sharjah

Sharjah 24 – WAM: Abdullah bin Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi, the UAE’s Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Federal Judicial Council, visited the Family Courts in Sharjah. He was welcomed by Dr Mohamed Obaid Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Sharjah Federal Court of First Instance.
During the visit, the minister evaluated the court's workflow procedures, its departments, and the Family Guidance Centre's initiatives. He also met with various judges and staff members, highlighting the strategic importance of the Family Court in enhancing family unity.

The minister received a briefing on the essential efforts and operations of the division tasked with handling inheritance cases, which was established by a decision from the Federal Judicial Council. The council refers inheritance disputes to this division, which aims to streamline the resolution process and settle disagreements between the parties involved.

He praised the contributions of all the employees at the Family Court in Sharjah for their role in reinforcing interpersonal relationships, their beneficial influence on societal stability, and the improvement of family life quality. He urged them to persist in their important work, which serves as a national treasure in harmony with the vision and aspirations of the UAE leadership, aiding in the nation's development and success.
