Through this initiative, kids will take part in a short training session that teaches them about reporting incidents and how to seek help during emergencies. The goal is to instill a sense of service and social responsibility from a young age.
The program included a special tour for the children, led by Colonel Mohammed Ghubar Al Shamsi, the Director of the Operations Center, along with other officers. During the tour, the children explored the control room where they saw the sophisticated surveillance systems and learned how emergency calls are processed. Everything was explained in a way that was suitable for their age, making it both educational and enjoyable.
Beyond just teaching children about safety procedures, this initiative aims to raise awareness of how important security institutions are in keeping our communities safe. The "Future Operations Officer" program is part of a broader effort by Sharjah Police to connect with the public and ensure that future generations appreciate the vital role of security services.
