Sharjah Police Chief leads H1 2024 performance management meeting

Sharjah 24: Major General Saif Al-Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, chaired a meeting at the police headquarters to discuss the results of the strategic indicators for the first half of 2024. The meeting was attended by Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, along with general directors, their deputies, department directors, and several officers.
During the meeting, Al Shamsi reviewed the institutional security and traffic performance of the Sharjah Police Strategic Plan 2024-2027. The discussion focused on the achievements, targets, results of indicators, and strategic initiatives and projects for the first half of the year. Analytical studies related to these indicators and their impact on the quality of security life in the community were also examined.

Al Shamsi emphasised the importance of ensuring the readiness of work teams in their respective fields to continue making progress and maintaining the outstanding results achieved. He called for enhancing these successes with proactive strategic plans to ensure continued leadership in institutional performance.

At the end of the meeting, Major General Al Shamsi expressed his appreciation for the efforts and positive results achieved by all departments. He reaffirmed the commitment to continue striving to meet the leadership’s aspirations for the UAE to be at the forefront of global security and safety achievements.
