Sharjah24: The amateur shooting championship for juniors and women, organized by the Community Sports Department at the Sharjah Women’s Sports Foundation, has successfully concluded after two days at the shooting range in Sharjah. The event aimed to promote sports participation and uncover new talents in the field of shooting.
The competitions for younger girls ended with Rawda Khaled winning first place, Hawra Yousef coming in second, and Suad Al Hammadi taking third. In the women's category, Altaf Abdullah secured first place, followed by Aisha Salem Al Mannai in second, and Azza Rashid in third place.

The tournament is a really important event that the Community Sports Department at the Sharjah Women’s Sports Foundation works hard to organize every year. Its goal is to bring the Foundation and the community closer together through sports.

Noura Al Hamar, who leads the Community Sports Department at the Sharjah Women’s Sports Foundation, has praised the success of the event and the enthusiasm of the participants. She was impressed by everyone's dedication to performing at their best during the event and expressed hope to see them join the club’s shooting team in the future.

At the tournament, coaches and technicians were looking for talented individuals who could be helpful in the future.

It's important to mention that the shooting championship is the fourth sports event organised by the Community Sports Department of the Foundation this year. The department has already organised basketball, shooting, and volleyball championships earlier in the year.
