Sharjah24: The Sharjah Award for Voluntary Work held a three-day awareness campaign for its 22nd session at the City Centre Al Zahia. The objective was to educate the public about the award. The platform, operational from Tuesday, July 30th, to August 1st, attracted visitors from various segments of society at the Al Zahia Center.
The concept for the platform stemmed from the selection of Al Zahia City Centre as its location, aimed at broadening its appeal to a diverse cross-section of society. This decision was particularly strategic, given that Al Zahia Centre has evolved into a pivotal retail destination within the emirate, attracting a wide range of demographics.

Fatima Musa Al Belushi, the Executive Director of the Award, emphasized the award's objective of promoting awareness regarding the significance of volunteer work in society and fostering participation across diverse sectors. The award aims to recognize and honor the contributions of volunteers and underscore their positive influence on society.

The mall was selected as the venue for the three-day campaign due to the rising public interest, enabling us to engage a broader audience and motivate their involvement in volunteer activities.

The mentioned awareness campaign represents a pioneering initiative launched by the organization within shopping malls. Emphasis was placed on selecting suitable locations and timings during the school vacation period to effectively engage families and their children, thereby ensuring that awareness messages reach the widest possible audience.

Appreciation was expressed for the collaborative efforts of the Al Zahia Centre management in facilitating the three-day awareness campaign. It was highlighted that the organization aims to leverage its presence in key locations within the emirate to disseminate awareness messages to a broad cross-section of the public.
