Amiri Guard student traffic safety platform launch

Sharjah 24: Lieutenant Nawaf Ahmed Al Hammadi, Director of the Education Security Branch at the Amiri Guard General Command, announced the launch of a traffic awareness platform dedicated to students and visitors at Rahmaniya Mall.

This platform coincides with the start of the new 2025-2026 academic year, with the aim of raising awareness, ensuring safety, and enhancing community awareness of the basics of traffic safety.

Raising traffic awareness

Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24,” Al Hammadi added that this initiative came under the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Amiri Guard and aims to enhance traffic awareness among students and parents before the start of the school year. The platform includes several educational and awareness-raising stations.

Activities began Monday morning and will continue until Sunday, August 24.

Awareness programmes and activities

Al Hammadi emphasised the importance of this step in spreading traffic awareness and invited everyone to visit the platform and benefit from the awareness programmes and activities offered, which are designed to ensure student safety and enhance community awareness of the basics of traffic safety.
