Sharjah24: The Sharjah Camel Racing Club organised new competitions for the "Fatamin" (Weaned Age) camel race, which took place on Sunday, April 14, on the Al Dhaid Camel Racing Track, held under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
The race attracted large crowds of camel owners and enthusiasts. There were 22 races for a distance of 1,500 meters.

The Sharjah Camel Racing Club's Chairman, Matar Ali bin Huwaiden Al Ketbi, has confirmed that the "Fatamin" competitions were filled with excitement. These competitions take place every Sunday morning at the Al Dhaid Track, which has now turned into a grand carnival that attracts camel aficionados from the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
