Sharjah Police receives delegation from Al Qassimi Hospital

During the event
Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Police General Command, represented by the Wasit Comprehensive Police Station, received a delegation from Al Qassimi Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
They were received by Colonel Ahmed Saleh Abdullah Al Suwaidi, Head of the Wasit Comprehensive Police Station, Major Ahmed Juma Al Tunaiji, Acting Director of the Support Services Branch, Major Haitham Abdulallah Al Hammadi, Director of the Department’s Support Services Branch and Coordinator of Complaints and Suggestions, and a number of specialised officers.

The delegation included Hamdan Al Awadhi, Head of Customer Relations, Amina Al Ali, Head of the Customer Happiness Department, Hoda Al Hamad, Head of the Quality and Institutional Excellence Department, Moza Saif Hayaz, Assistant Director for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Iman Al Obaidly, Executive Secretary, and Kholoud Al Amiri, Customer Happiness Administrator.

The visit came with the aim of reviewing the best practices followed in the services provided to the public at the Wasit Comprehensive Police Station, and enhancing cooperation, exchange of experiences and joint coordination between the two parties to improve the services provided to community members and achieve their quality of life.

At the beginning of the visit, Colonel Ahmed Saleh Al Suwaidi welcomed the visiting delegation, expressing his happiness with this visit, which confirms the keenness of both parties to enhance joint cooperation between them in a way that supports their goals in the areas of service work, stressing the importance of making standard comparisons between the various government departments and institutions to improve the institutional work system.

During their visit, the delegation was also briefed on the working mechanism of the Wasit Comprehensive Police Station, and the systems and mechanisms in place, as it is the first station at the level of the Ministry of Interior to obtain a six-star rating in the Emirates Government Service Excellence Programme.
 
The visiting delegation thanked the Sharjah Police General Command for the warm reception and tangible positive cooperation, stressing the continuation of communication and cooperation to enhance and develop performance.

At the conclusion of the visit, commemorative shields were exchanged by both parties.
