From January 27th through the 3rd of February, the Al Thiqah Club for People with Disabilities will host the games.
A total of 513 athletes representing twelve countries will compete in seven different sports in the next games.
The head of the event's organising committee, Tariq Sultan Bin Khadim, paid a visit to the track at the Al Thiqah Club for People with Disabilities, where the formal events and athletic contests would take place.
He was welcomed by Ahmed Salem Al-Mazloum, the Executive Director of the Executive Committee and the Director General of the Event.
During his inspection of the most recent opening ceremony preparations for the region's largest Paralympic event, Bin Khadim emphasised that all executive committees are working tirelessly to present the championship in the best possible light.
His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi's passion for aiding those with disabilities and his infinite support for sports led Sharjah to host this important event for the second time, according to Bin Khadim.
thanked the volunteers for their crucial part in the championship's smooth organisation. Volunteer groups have been established to work in tandem with the event's many organising committees, and every team is now getting ready for the actual event.
