Sharjah24: The “Best Voluntary Initiative” award is one of the Sharjah Award for Voluntary Work (SAVW) awards, 21st edition, to honour initiatives that contribute to solving societal matters.
The categories of participation in this award vary between government and agencies, civil institutions, volunteer teams, individuals, and families.
The SAVW established a list of conditions and evaluation criteria.
Fatima Musa Al Balushi, Executive Director of the SAVW, pointed out the importance of this award in encouraging independent voluntary activities and promoting diversity in volunteer work.
To apply for the award, participants must register via the website, email, or a call, and it is due on January 15, 2024.
