Sharjah 24: In the remarkable presence of the players and employees of Al Dhaid Club, a workshop on “teamwork ethics” was organised, Tuesday, at the headquarters of the club, in the presence of Salem Mohammed bin Howaiden, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Dhaid Club, and the club’s coaches.
The Counselor, Dr. Adel Abdullah Abdelrahim, a certified trainer in human resources programmes, presented the workshop. The workshop aimed at improving the quality of life and work, spreading standards of positive spirit, in addition to inviting participants to reach the highest levels of excellence through work teams and adopting their ethics.
The workshop tackled a number of topics, including the importance and impact of values on strengthening team bonds and teamwork.
The workshop stressed the application of best practices to achieve excellence in the internal work environment, stressing the club and the board of directors are keen to pay attention to the players and all club employees, which reflects the efforts made by the club management, in creating a positive and happy work environment for excellence, achieving satisfaction among players and employees.
At the end of the workshop, Salem Mohammed Bin Howaiden, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Dhaid Club, accompanied by Khalifa Mubarak Dalmuk Al Ketbi, Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Cultural Committee, honoured and thanked the lecturer for the valuable information and cooperation with Al Dhaid Club in presenting the workshop.
